The course focuses on the last novelties on administrative law. Main attention will be devoted to the legal discipline on administrative procedure, public contracts, public utilities and environmental law.

Learning Objectives
The course in addition to provide a basic knowledge of italian administrative law (principles, organization, administrative procedure and administrative justice) privileges the study of specific disciplines concering public contracts, public utilities and environmental law .
The course will be based on frontal lectures and the discussion of cases and materials.
